Terms and Conditions

When booking your photo session, a non-refundable $25.00 deposit payment is required and goes towards the total cost of your photo session. This payment secures your date/time for the session. If there are any conflicts in scheduling, you will be contacted immediately and given an alternate date/time based on the Photographers schedule. 

• 1. All clients grant to the Alexis Rene'e Photographer, Ty, the absolute right to alter images and I waive the right to approve of any finished product. 

• 2. Client(s) will receive photos for digital downloads on one CD (which is included in the package) and /or one USB Drive which the client provides. The Client(s) may choose to purchase additional: USB Drives or CDs for $5.00 per items.

•  3. Client(s) understands that when publishing photos on websites (i.e. personal websites, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) the client will not edit the photos in any way (i.e. editing the watermark, cropping, filters, etc). This keeps the Alexis Rene'e Photography's business professional. 

• 4.Client(s) is/are responsible for making a backup of all photos from the digital  download. The Photographer(s) will make every attempt to keep archival copies of photos, but does not guarantee that they will be retained indefinitely. Backup copies are for client use only and will not be distributed to other clients or venders. Backup are kept a year from date of photo session, and are subjected to deletion after time pass. 

• 5. Client(s) will assist and cooperate with the Alexis Rene'e Photography, Photographer(s) in obtaining desired photographs. Alexis Rene'e Photography, Photographer(s) shall not be responsible for photographs not taken because of Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation. Client(s) will be respectful to the Alexis Rene'e Photography, Photographer(s) and parties being photographed. Ty and or Alexis Rene'e Photography, Photographer(s) has the right to end the session, without refund, if there is lack of cooperation or disrespect. 

• 6. Client(s) will not hold Alexis Rene'e Photography, Photographer(s) or the owner of any property used during sessions liable for any injury that may occur during the session. 

•  PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES/DELIVERY: Upon completion of your photo session and full payment, please allow up to two weeks, excluding weekends and holidays. The edits of the photography service completion does not include shipping times (if applicable). The Alexis Rene'e Photography, Photographer(s) is not responsible for any items that are lost, damaged or not delivered at the promise time through the mailing services used. If shipping is requested by the Client, an additional payment will be required based on the shipping fees of desired package. 

• FAILURE TO PERFORM. If the Alexis Rene'e Photography, Photographer(s) cannot perform this agreement due to fire, casualty, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, then the Alexis Rene'e Photography, Photographer(s) shall make attempts to reschedule or refund the monies paid. The Alexis Rene'e Photography, Photographer(s) shall have no liability in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Alexis Rene'e Photography, Photographer(s). The Alexis Rene'e Photography, Photographer(s) will make every effort to keep any of the above from happening, but no specific photograph is guaranteed. 

• CANCELLATION POLICY. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice will be required for cancellation of the Contract except in emergency circumstances. Any cancellation made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiting deposits made towards the session. If the cancellation is initiated by Alexis Rene’e Photography, 3:16 LLC, all monies paid towards the photography session(s) will be refunded including the deposit fee but attempts will be initially made to reschedule. The parties have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms.
